Adv. Tal Mayshar is a partner and Co-Head of the firm’s Litigation Department, which comprises more than 70 partners and lawyers. She is recognized as one of Israel’s leading lawyers in the fields of commercial and corporate litigation.
Over the course of her career, Tal has developed extensive expertise in commercial and corporate litigation, with particular focus on derivative actions, class actions, administrative litigation and regulatory matters, payment services and financial regulation.
Tal provides comprehensive legal support—from early-stage advice, exposure assessment and strategy development through to the management of complex proceedings. She represents companies, boards of directors, officers and individuals in commercial and corporate disputes, class actions, and regulatory and administrative proceedings, including matters involving privacy and competition law. Tal has extensive experience managing complex civil proceedings across a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, including corporate disputes, control disputes, shareholder disputes and corporate governance matters. She represents companies, boards of directors and officers, including in derivative actions, and advises clients from the initial assessment of exposure and development of strategy through to the management of proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Expertise in Payment Services and Financial Regulation
Tal represents and advises corporations and financial institutions in regulatory and enforcement proceedings before supervisory authorities, as well as in commercial disputes relating to activities in the financial market. Her experience includes providing early-stage advice on payment services and financial regulation, mapping regulatory requirements and exposures, preparing for regulatory requirements, and managing interfaces with supervisory authorities.

Expertise in Administrative Law and Regulation
Tal represents clients in administrative proceedings, including petitions to the High Court of Justice and administrative petitions, and advises companies in legislative and regulatory processes. She provides early-stage advice on regulatory requirements and manages interfaces with public authorities, including government ministries, supervisory authorities and the State Comptroller’s Office.
