Representative work

We advise Bank Hapoalim on a series of strategic technological projects, including the implementation of open banking capabilities and the migration of the bank's data to AWS cloud infrastructure in Israel. Our legal counsel focuses on contractual aspects, data security, and the integration of privacy-by-design principles from the earliest stages of product development.

We represented a leading credit card company in an engagement with a major technology firm to launch digital wallet services in Israel. Additionally, we provide the company with ongoing, comprehensive legal counsel on privacy protection matters, compliance with Israeli and international regulations, and defense in class action lawsuits concerning data security.

We represented Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot in a large-scale infrastructure project with Matrix, designed to bridge the bank's core systems with its digital assets. Our legal representation involved navigating complex issues related to the implementation of advanced technologies while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and data security protocols within a banking environment.

We provided legal counsel to the Bank of Jerusalem regarding a material agreement with Mastercard to regulate the bank's credit operations and digital wallets. Furthermore, we advised the bank on complex subsequent agreements concerning its core banking systems, ensuring business continuity and full compliance with the directives of the Supervisor of Banks.

We represented the FinTech company Payment in securing a complex financing facility of tens of millions of shekels from a leading banking corporation. Our representation included navigating existing financing arrangements, as well as providing ongoing counsel regarding the provision of online financial services and compliance with the dynamic regulations governing payment systems.
