We represented Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot in a large-scale infrastructure project with Matrix, designed to bridge the bank's core systems with its digital assets. We provided legal counsel to the Bank of Jerusalem regarding a material agreement with Mastercard to regulate the bank's credit operations and digital wallets. Furthermore, we advised the bank on complex subsequent agreements concerning its core banking systems, ensuring business continuity and full compliance with the directives of the Supervisor of Banks.

We represented the FinTech company Payment in securing a complex financing facility of tens of millions of shekels from a leading banking corporation.
