Biography
Itamar Shimonovitz is a partner in the Banking and Finance department at our Tel Aviv office.
Itamar has a rich experiance with complicated finance cases, in the local and in the international market. He represents institutional banking entities (for individual lenders and in the case of syndication) and commercial companies (as additions) in many financing transactions.
Itamar has extensive experience in the ongoing representation of companies, providing regulatory advice to companies in the fields of credit and banking and commercialization of intellectual property.

במהלך לימודיו האקדמיים, כיהן כחבר מערכת של כתב העת “משפטים” של הפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטה העברית, כעוזר מחקר של פרופ’ אסף חמדני (דיני תאגידים) וכעוזר מחקר של פרופ’ יוג’ין קנדל (כלכלה).
איתמר הצטרף למשרדנו בשנת 2021, לאחר עבודה של מספר שנים במחלקת הבנקאות של משרד מוביל.
