Head of the Litigation Department, Yoav Hirsh has more than 25 years of experience in representing clients involved in complex commercial litigation before every type of court, as well as in arbitration and mediation forums. Yoav joined the firm in 1988 as an intern for Dr. Michael Cheshin, who later became the Supreme Court Vice President, after having clerked in the Supreme Court for the Supreme Court President Meir Shamgar and Vice President Miriam Ben-Porat.

Clients benefit from his considerable experience in a range of complex commercial-civil litigation cases, and he has forged a reputation for success in representing clients in banking, class actions, administrative law, communications, insurance, and antitrust disputes.
