Unique IT expertise that is joined by a wealth of experience in providing comprehensive legal support to high-tech companies and domestic and foreign investors, entrepreneurs and startup accelerators.

We act for the company throughout its entire lifecycle, at all strategic junctions and with a focus on the multitude of complex issues that emerge along the way:

  • Incorporation, formulating a founders’ agreement, compensation plans including options and option agreements, finder agreements and equity financing (SAFE, notes, loans).
