Yifat Tsafrir is a partner in the Commercial Department at our Tel Aviv office.
Yifat specializes in corporate and commercial law and has special expertise in the fields of Hi-Tech and venture capital.
Yifat has extensive experience in complex domestic and cross-border transactions in various legal practice areas, especially transactions pertaining to R&D, manufacturing and commercialization, technology transfer, licensing, Government grants, the establishment of JVs, private placements, and M&As.
The Profound comprehension of her client business and technology enables Yifat to provide her clients with comprehensive ongoing legal guidance and support tailor-made to suit their corporate legal and commercial needs.
Yifat’s clients include local and multinational clients from a variety of sectors, including entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, incubators, accelerators, startups, and well-established companies in the fields of Biomed, Biotech, healthcare, clean – tech Agro-tech, food-tech, and renewable energy.

Yifat lived in the US between the years 2013-2016, and during that period supported the activities of her Israeli and foreign clients in North America, including, inter alia, in connection with conducting clinical trials in dozens of medical centers

• Representated Doral Renewable Energy Group in investment transactions and the establishment of the group’s cluster of companies in the US for its extensive activity in the US within the framework of renewable energy megaprojects.
• Representated Shaare Zedek Scientific (Madait), the commercial arm of Shaare Zedek Hospital, in dozens of contractual engagements and transactions pertaining to the commercialization of technologies created at the Hospital and various collaborations with leading companies in the industry and research institutions in Israel and abroad, including,Teva, Bynet, Trendlines Group, Yissum, Azrieli College, King’s College, Incentive and more.
• Establishment of the biotech incubator “T-Site“, and ongoing representation on the incubator’s activities, including its investments in the portfolio companies.
• Representated Gadot Agro in its extensive commercial activity in Israel and abroad, including transactions for the acquisition of operations carried out in recent years.
