Yoav brings extensive experience in leading complex M&A transactions, advising top-tier global venture capital and private equity funds, and representing issuers, underwriters and other stakeholders in IPOs, follow-on and secondary offerings in foreign capital markets.
Dual-qualified in Israel and New York and being legally-educated both at Tel-Aviv University and at NYU, his arrival is part of our ongoing investment in providing a comprehensive commercial ecosystem that integrates corporate, regulatory, and technological expertise.
