Yoav represents public and private companies, venture capital and private equity investors, financial institutions, issuers, and underwriters in domestic and international transactions. His experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements in the United States, England and Canada as well as other sophisticated cross-border corporate matters.
