Renad Eid

Biography

Renad Eid is a partner in the litigation and planing and zoning departments at our Jerusalem office.

Renad worked at the State Attorney’s Office for about 13 years and in recent years served as an attorney in the High Court of Justice department. In this capacity Renad represented government ministries, agencies, and the Attorney General in a variety of proceedings conducted before the Supreme Court in the fields of administrative and constitutional law, with an emphasis on the economic fields.

Renad was widely regarded to be one of the most prominent litigators at the State Attorney’s Office in his fields of practice. In recent years Renad represented the state before the Supreme Court in many consequential proceedings with far-reaching ramifications, and participated in formulating and outlining the state’s legal policy in his fields of practice. Renad’s practice focused primarily on regulatory issues, tenders, electricity, planning and construction, communications, energy, licenses, competitive processes, financial enforcement, occupational regulation, quarries, financial sanctions and more. Renad also has a background in civil and tax litigation.

Renad served as a representative of a political organization in various committees and forums.

Renad is a graduate of the leadership program Gvanim by the Bay (San Francisco), and a graduate of the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP), on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.
