Renad Eid

Renad advises clients on a broad range of complex regulatory and commercial matters, with particular expertise in energy, electricity, planning and construction, communications, licensing, tenders, competitive proceedings, financial enforcement, occupational regulation, quarries, financial sanctions, and related regulatory frameworks.

He provides ongoing legal counsel to energy companies in connection with all aspects of regulatory compliance and engagement with state authorities, including the Israel Land Authority. His practice also encompasses day-to-day legal support in matters relating to planning and construction, property, administrative law, real estate taxation, and a wide spectrum of ongoing legal and strategic issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Renad served for 13 years at the State Attorney’s Office, where he was regarded as one of the leading litigators in his areas of practice. In his most recent role, he served as an attorney in the High Court of Justice Department.

Over the years, Renad has led a wide variety of complex proceedings before the Supreme Court in the fields of administrative and constitutional law, with a particular emphasis on economically significant and highly regulated sectors. His litigation background is complemented by substantial experience in civil and tax litigation, enabling him to provide clients with comprehensive, commercially minded, and strategically focused legal counsel.
