Significant Legal Victory of Building Hotel and Commercial Project in Jerusalem for Millions of NIS

In a significant legal victory, the Jerusalem District Court ruled in favor of an appeal brought by Adv. Renad Eid and Talia Schein Kalmanson, thus allowing the budling of a hotel and commercial project worth tens of millions of NIS at the entrance to Jerusalem.

The Regional Planning and Zoning Committee had initially approved the project, however the Interior Minister exercised his authority and revoked the approval.

In a groundbreaking decision, our appeal was fully accepted, based on the argument that the Minister had exceeded the statutory time limit to decide the fate of the plan.

This reinstates a substantial and important project that has the potential to boost tourism and propel the city of Jerusalem forward.
