Biography
Hanna J. Odeh is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Patents and Intellectual Property Department. He focuses on intellectual property litigation and the registration of intellectual property rights, and advises Israeli and international clients in complex, high-profile intellectual property disputes.
Hanna advises and represents clients in trademark registration and enforcement proceedings in Israel, before the Israeli Patent Office and various judicial forums.
Hanna is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Israel Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), which appointed him as its local representative in Israel in 2024.
Prior to joining the firm, Hanna interned at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil Division), where he handled a broad range of litigation matters and represented the State of Israel and governmental authorities before various civil courts.
