Asset Receivership

About the department

Asset receivership is a general name for an action carried out to pay off a debt through the sale of personal or corporate assets, including asset receivership in execution, as part of insolvency proceedings, liquidation of land sharing, and more.

The department has extensive experience in various receivership operations – whether with respect to the appointment of department attorneys as receivers as part of an individual execution proceeding, intended for the realization of debtors’ assets and collection of a specific debt, or as receivers within appointments of department attorneys as trustees on behalf of the court as part of insolvency proceedings. In this framework, they work to collect the debtor’s assets and realize the assets in a collective framework of insolvency proceedings.

On the other side, the department’s team has expertise in representing debtors who are in receivership proceedings, while protecting the debtors’ rights, securing assets, whether dealing with extraordinary by law (for example, securing a place of residence) or by conducting negotiations with creditors and functionaries with regard to a certain property.
