Shai Valero

Shai Valero is an associate in the insolvency department and the commercial department at our Tel Aviv office.

Shai’s practice includes complex insolvency cases of corporations and individuals, with an emphasis on the rehabilitation and recovery of entities that fall into financial difficulties. Shai represents debtors and creditors, and also serves as a court-appointed trustee to manage insolvency proceedings. Among the cases Shai deals with are insolvency proceedings of some of the largest corporations in Israel. Shai also represents business partnerships and private individuals.

In addition, Shai works in commercial law and provides counsel on both local and international transactions in a variety of sectors.

Before joining our firm, Shai pre-interned at a leading firm mainly in the field of litigation.

Shai joined our firm in 2020. She began her career at the firm as an intern and has been practicing law as a licensed attorney since 2021.
