Adv. Gilad Yaniv joined our firm in 2016 after graduating from University of Chicago Law School’s L.L.M (Master of Laws) program as a Gruss-Lipper Scholar and interning for a judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (Chancery Devision). Prior to his studies abroad, Gilad Clerked for the Honorable Justice Hanan Melcer of the Supreme Court of Israel.

Gilad's main fields of practice include Civil & Commercial Litigation, Energy Law, Class Actions and Administrative Law. Gilad represents some of the leading corporations in Israel, including major companies from the energy sector.

During his academic studies in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Gilad served as an editorial board member of “Mishpatim” – the Hebrew University Law Review.
