Meirav Yung

Biography

Meirav Yung is a partner in the competition and antitrust department at our Tel Aviv office.

Meirav provides counsel in merger transactions in the process of obtaining the required approvals from the Israel Competition Authority, and advises corporations in a variety of areas, including joint ventures, monopolies, oligopolies and information transfer (for example, in due diligence processes between competitors) and also provides counsel in civil and criminal litigation proceedings before the Competition Tribunal and other tribunals. Among her clients are leading Israeli companies, including banks, food retailers, communication companies, pharma, internet, energy and more.

In addition, Meirav also provides counsel to companies and corporations in regulatory aspects, including advising commercial companies and representing them in proceedings before the authorities (the Concentration Committee, Knesset committees, government ministries, designated regulators, etc.).

During her academic studies, Meirav served as the deputy editor of the journal “Din VeDvarim” of the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa.

Meirav began her career at the firm as an intern and was licensed to practice law in 2015.

In 2023, Meirav was ranked ‘Rising Star’ in the Legal 500 international ranking guide based on her professional work and her clients’ reviews.
