Biography

Ziv Glazberg is a Partner and Co-Head of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Patents Practice. He specializes in advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and Israeli and international companies on the registration, management, enforcement, and commercialization of intellectual property rights in Israel and worldwide. His work focuses primarily on patents, alongside trademark matters and commercial and litigation-related intellectual property issues.
Ziv has a unique background combining law, computer science, and economics, enabling him to advise clients on complex matters requiring legal, technological, and business insight.

Ziv holds an LL.B. in Law, magna cum laude, from the University of Haifa, as well as a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Haifa, and a B.A. in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from the Open University of Israel. He began his formal studies in computer science at the age of 15 through the Open University.
Following his studies, he clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel under the Hon. Justice Edmond Levy.
During his studies, he received a Certificate of Excellence from the Education Committee of the Knesset for outstanding students and the Aladdin Prize for outstanding work in law and technology. In addition, he has published articles in the field of software verification and is the inventor of more than 10 patents in the fields of software testing, 3D printing, autonomous vehicles, and augmented reality.

Ziv advises clients in Israel and abroad on the registration, management, enforcement, and commercialization of intellectual property rights, including patents and trademarks. His experience includes advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and international companies on complex intellectual property matters, combining legal, technological, and commercial understanding.
His notable clients over the years have included IBM, Samsung, the Technion, Taboola, Amiad Water Systems, and WalkMe.
In addition, he represents clients in disputes and in protecting their rights, and provides advice tailored to the needs of inventors, companies, and commercial entities operating in Israel and international markets.
