Shir Zalmanovich is an associate in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Shir advises clientes in private commercial matters, real estate transactions and deals with various real estate authorities such as land registry, local authorities, real eatate tax offices, the Israel land authority and the National Bureau of National Infrastructure Registration and Parcels.

Shir has extensive professional experience and knowledge in purchase, sale and lease agreements relating to private commercial real estate.
