Muhammad Ghneim

Muhammad Ghneim is an associate in the real estate and urban renewal department at our Tel Aviv office.

Muhammad represents mainly clients in commercial matters, including representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions, including real estate. In addition, Muhammad provides counsel to companies in matters of corporate governance and provides regular legal-commercial advice on diverse issues such as contract law, corporate law and sales law and consumer protection.

During his studies, Muhammad was a member of the Model United Nations at the University of Haifa. As part of this, he was chosen to represent the university in many international competitions in Switzerland, Germany and Israel.

Following that, Muhammad served as (joint) academic director and a member of the executive board of the Model United Nations at the University of Haifa.
