Hillel Weiss

Hillel Weiss is an associate in the technology and high-tech department at our Tel Aviv office.

Hillel represents high-tech companies, entrepreneurs and investors in their current business activities and in a variety of transactions, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and commercialization of intellectual property. In addition, Hillel advises the firm’s clients on privacy issues and providing counsel in digitization and system implementation projects.

Before joining the firm, Hillel served as a legal assistant to a Jerusalem District Court judge, and was involved in writing draft judgments and providing legal advice in the administrative and civil fields, among other things.

During and after his academic studies, Hillel served as a teaching assistant in the field of tender law and as a member of the clinic at the State Attorney’s Office.
