Daniel Duschnitzky

Biography

Daniel Duschnitzky is an associate in the litigation department at our Tel Aviv office.

Daniel’s practice focuses on complex litigation cases, both in the field of commercial law, with an emphasis on class action, and in the field of public law (constitutional and administrative).

 

Daniel is a graduate of the faculty of law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with a division in political science.

Daniel holds a master’s in law, with distinction, in the joint program of Tel Aviv University and Northwestern.

Prior to joining our firm, Daniel served as judicial clerk for the president of the District Court in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Judge Eitan Orenstein, and at the same time assisted other judges at the District Court.

Daniel also operated a legal clinic in the field of public law at the Academic Center for Law and Science.
