Representing Caesarea Assets Corporation on signing a NIS 200 million agreement

The Caesarea Assets Corporation signed an agreement to set up an advanced and automated logistic center in the Caesarea Smart Business Park for Delta. This is Delta’s second logistic center in the park. It will be a 17,000 square meters area on a 21 dunam site and will be leased to Delta for a period of 24 years and 11 months. The estimated cost of construction is NIS 200 million.
