Represented LEADER CAPITAL MARKETS & INVESTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP in a NIS 36 million combined share purchase and issuance transaction

Congratulations to our client, LEADER CAPITAL MARKETS & INVESTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, and it’s subsidiary, LEADER TOP CAPITAL FINANCE & CONSULTING LTD, on signing a combined share purchase and share issuance agreement with OR SHAY G.S. LTD.

Under the agreement, Or Shay will purchase shares from Leader and will be issued new shares by Top Capital, resulting at closing in 52.17% ownership of Top Capital, for a total consideration of about NIS 36 million.
