Represented Delek Group in a NIS 1 billion issuance of a new series of TASE-traded bonds

Congratulations to our client, Delek Group, on the successful issuance of a new series of TASE-traded bonds, raising NIS 1 billion, the proceeds of which will be used for the full early repayment of another bond series.
