One of the largest class action suits filed in Israel was denied by the Supreme court

The Supreme Court rejected the appeal and thus dismissed in its entirety the class action against the holders of the “Tamar” gas reservoir. The class action, which was the largest ever filed in Israel in terms of claimed damages, argued that the holders of Tamar charged an excessive price for gas supplied to the Israel Electric Company, who passed it to all electricity consumers in Israel.
