About the department

The department provides regular advice and support to the firm’s clients, on all matters related to employment relations and assists clients in contending with financial and practical barriers and with ever developing regulation.

The department deals with many aspects of the field of labor law and has been involved over the years in some of the most complex collective disputes in the country. Among the other areas of activity of the department, we can include:

  • Drafting collective bargaining agreements, including changes and negotiations leading up to execution.
  • Conducting and acting on intricate collective labor disputes, strikes and lockouts.
  • Representing clients at all judicial instances including the High Court of Justice, the National Labor Court, and regional labor courts.
  • Drafting personal employment agreements and changes to employment agreements, including for senior employees at private and public companies.
  • Advising on termination including of senior employees with complex compensation and option packages.
  • Advising employers in reorganization and downsizing processes.
  • Conducting labor law enforcement audits for identifying potential exposure and providing protection to officers.
  • Advising on aspects related to employees and labor law in acquisition, investment and merger transactions.
  • Representing employers and officers in criminal proceedings initiated against them by the Ministry of Labor.
