  • Represented a human resources company and an outsourcing company in a claim brought by a pregnant worker who claimed that the companies were co-employers and fired her without a lawful hearing in violation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Law. The employee’s claim was dismissed.
  • Represented a courier company against which 26 plaintiffs filed a claim for the existence of an employment relationship and various rights (wages and fringe benefits) totaling more than ILS 2,500,000. The claim was dismissed.
  • Represented an employer in a claim for ILS 500,000 filed against him by an employee who claimed that he did not properly handle her complaint of sexual harassment, did not provide her with a safe work environment and harassed her after filing the sexual harassment complaint. The labor court dismissed the plaintiff’s claim and ruled that the employer had acted lawfully in reviewing the complaint, provided a safe work environment and did not harass the employee.
