Biography
Amir Goddard is a partner in the corporate, securities and capital market department at our Tel Aviv office.
With rich experience of about 30 years, Amir provides counsel to a variety of companies in various aspects of corporate and securities law and acts for them vis-à-vis the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. In addition, he provides counsel in complex merger and acquisition transactions as well as in initial and secondary public offerings of securities.
Amir’s clients include public and private companies, including some of Israel’s largest companies in the automotive, real estate and industrial sectors.
- Represented the Isramco partnership in issuing approximately half a billion shekels in bonds.
- Represented Equital in issuing approximately of ILS 227.2 million in bonds.
- Represented the controlling owners of the public company Solegreen in the transaction for the sale of control to Lahav Green Mountains for ILS 39 million.
