A landmark renewable energy deal

Congratulations to our client, Israel Infrastructure Fund (IIF), and to Doral Group Renewable Energy Resources Ltd, on the closing of a landmark transaction in the renewable energy sector.
Our partners, Shirel Guttman-Amira and Roey Miodovnik, together with intern Efrat Halevy Yanir, represented IIF on the sale of its controlling stake in Zephyrus Wing Energies Ltd, a public company, to Doral, in a transaction valued at approximately NIS 1 billion. We are proud to have advised IIF on this significant deal and wish IIF, Doral and Zephyrus continued success.
