Congratulations to our client, Zephyrus Wing Energies, on completing its initial public offering (IPO) based on a company valuation of approximately 1 billion NIS.

The company raised a sum of 150 million NIS through this offering.

This transaction led by adv. Shira Guttman-Amira, Ran Felder, Yarden Ades, and intern Hadas Gross from the firm’s Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets.
