Daniel Sekel specializes in corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.

Daniel has 20 years’ experience advising on M&A transactions across a range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology and transportation, including some of the largest transactions completed in Israel.

In his commercial work Daniel represents an extensive list of Israeli and international clients ranging from start-ups to established public companies, as well as some of Israel's largest enterprises, universities, hospitals and research institutions.
