Evyatar Sadeh

Adv. Evyatar Sadeh was certified as a lawyer in 2015 and joined our firm in 2016 after working as an articled clerk and lawyer in a big international law firm.

Evyatar practices in all areas of corporate and securities law as well as private investments and M&A transactions. He provides ongoing legal consultation to private investment funds and leading public companies and partnerships involved in the energy and real estate industry in all of their corporate activities, and represents them before the different regulatory bodies.

During the course of his studies, Evyatar served as a research assistant to Professor Assaf Hamdani (Corporate and Securities law), Prof. Alon Harel (Jurisprudence) and as a teaching assistant to Dr. Hadas Aharoni-Barak (Corporate Law). He was also a member of the editorial board of the Mishpatim Law Review.
