Yaara Shchori-Ben Harush
Adv. Yaara Shchori Ben-Harush joined our firm in 2012. She began her career with the firm during law school, and returned after being certified as a lawyer in 2014, following her internship in the chambers of Supreme Court Justice Isaac Amit.
Yaara’s practice includes all areas of corporate law, securities, and capital markets. she advises companies and public partnerships in these fields, including representing them before governmental authorities and regulatory entities.
Yaara was involved in some of the major mergers and the largest public offerings in Israel in the past years.
Her clients, which include leading players in the energy sector and some of Israel’s largest real estate and banking corporations, laud her uncompromising professionalism and the excellent service that she provides.
During her academic studies, which she graduated Summa Com Laude (1st in her class), she was a teaching assistant for Prof. Assaf Hamdani (Corporate Law), Prof. Avraham Vell (Mergers and Acquisitions). She was also a member of the editorial board of Mishpatim - The Hebrew University Law Periodical.
Yaara was recognised as a 'Rising Star' in the Capital markets and Securities field, by prestigious ranking guide 'The Legal500'.
