Adv. Uri Porat joined our firm in 2010 after working as an intern at S. Horowitz & Co.

Uri provides legal advice and support on all matters concerning civil and commercial litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), antitrust and regulatory law.

He regularly represents clients before the Israel Antitrust Authority (IAA) in a wide range of issues, including preparation for approval of mergers, exemptions from restrictive arrangements and electronic discovery of documents. He acts on behalf of companies and their directors in criminal proceedings before the IAA, the Antitrust Tribunal and other courts.

His clients include leading Israeli and international communications companies, energy corporations, retail payments providers and more.

In the course of his studies, Uri served as teaching assistant for Prof. Mordechai Kremnizer, Prof. Israel Gilead and other prominent lecturers at the Hebrew University. He was also an editorial board member of the Hebrew University Law Review (Mishpatim).
