Yehuda Gindi

Yehuda Gindi is a partner in the corporate, securities and capital markets department at our Tel Aviv office.

Yehuda has extensive experience in the field of initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), including primary and secondary market equity and debt issues, as well as acting on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.

Yehuda also specializes in capital market regulation, particularly in relation to the securities regulator, Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Capital Market Authority and the Ministry of Communications.

Yehuda regularly advises leading public companies in various sectors including real estate, infrastructure, communications, shipping, high-tech and energy, as well as government companies and various corporations, on aspects relating to corporate governance and executive compensation which are among his areas of expertise.

Yehuda joined our firm in 2022 after several years as an associate and partner in the securities and the capital market practice at a very large firm.

• Initial public offering of bonds by Israel Airports Authority Ltd. raising more than one billion shekels.
• Acting for Mega Or Holdings Group in acquiring shares of Discount Investments Corporation together with a group of investors, as part of a receivership proceedings for consideration of approximately ILS 1.1 billion.
• Represented Israel Shipyards in the initial public offering and listing of its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, at a company valuation of ILS 1.7 billion.
• Represented Ashtrom Group and listed subsidiaries operating in the field of contracting, development and income-generating properties, in the initial public offering and listing of its shares at a valuation of hundreds of millions of shekels, as well as public debt financing.
