Yael Shulman

Yael Shulman is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets Department in Tel Aviv.

Yael advises and provides ongoing counsel to public companies and partnerships in the oil and gas, renewable energy, banking and industrial sectors on a range of corporate law, securities law and capital markets matters, including representation before relevant authorities and regulatory bodies. She also advises on commercial law matters and assists clients with mergers and acquisitions transactions.
