Tomer Madar is an associate in the Environmental Department at our Tel Aviv office.
Tomer handles the preparation and implementation of environmental enforcement programs for the department’s clients, conducting internal audits on compliance with environmental regulatory requirements in industrial plants and energy companies. Additionally, Tomer advises the firm’s clients, leading industrial companies in the Israeli market, providing ongoing legal counsel on licensing, modification, or expansion of activities with environmental aspects, as well as providing legal opinions on environmental matters.
During his academic studies, Tomer worked for two years at the Public Committee Against Torture as a paralegal on a significant project aimed at addressing police violence against all populations in Israel. After graduation, he completed his internship at Spigelmann, Koren, Zamir & Co., where he handled administrative law, administrative litigation, and commercial litigation, with his main work focusing on tenders, particularly infrastructure tenders.
