Shir Spira Michal is an associate in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department at our Jerusalem office.

Shir handles representation and management of complex real estate transactions, including large-scale residential, commercial, and office projects. She advises the firm’s clients – developers, contractors, and private clients – from the acquisition and planning stages through development to construction and registration, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, partnership agreements, and purchasing groups.
