Shada Najjar

Biography

Shada Najjar is an associate in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Shada advises developers in complex real estate transactions, emphasizing urban renewal projects such as “Pinui-Binui” (evacuation and construction) and TAMA 38 projects, as well as combination deals, sales, and leases. She also provides ongoing counsel to apartment owners in urban renewal projects.

Shada joined our firm in 2021. She began her work at the firm as an intern and was admitted to the bar in 2023.

During her academic studies, Shada served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Ahmad Natour for two years in the Introduction to Islamic Law course and as a teaching assistant in the seminar on Issues in Comparative Religious and Israeli Positive Law. She was also a research and teaching assistant to Prof. Daphna Golan in the Human Rights and Israeli Society course in collaboration with the Minerva Center for Human Rights. Additionally, she participated in the Children and Youth Rights Clinic at the Hebrew University.
