Rebecca represents leading Israeli and international energy companies in high-value, strategic transactions across the energy sector. Her practice spans large-scale energy projects in Israel and worldwide, complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the formation and management of joint ventures, as well as major natural gas sale arrangements. She provides ongoing legal counsel to clients engaged in oil and gas exploration and production as well as renewable energies, with particular expertise in navigating Israel’s complex regulatory environment.
Rebecca has played a key role in many of the most significant transactions in the Israeli energy market in recent years. Her notable experience includes advising on natural gas export agreements between Israeli gas producers and customers in Jordan and Egypt; the landmark sale of a 22% stake in the Tamar reservoir to Mubadala Energy; and a major amendment to the long-term natural gas supply agreement between the Tamar partners and the Israel Electric Corporation.
Her clients include prominent local and international energy and petroleum companies operating throughout Israel and around the globe.
Rebecca began her career at the firm as a pre-intern and has been practicing law as a licensed attorney since 2019.
