Biography

Noor Ibrahim is an associate in the labor law department at our Tel Aviv office.

Noor specializes in private and collective labor law and has experience in representing workers’ organizations, private workers, large and well-known companies in the Israeli economy, including factories, high-tech companies, employment agencies, restaurants, in addition to public bodies, including local authorities, municipal corporations and associations.

As part of the legal representation, Noor provides employers with legal advice in all matters related to the employment of workers, including: hiring, rights and obligations during the employment period and termination procedures, including representation in legal proceedings before the court system.

During her academic studies, Noor participated in the Human Rights Clinic at Tel Aviv University, and also served as a research assistant to Professor Michael Birnhack at the Faculty of Law.

  • Provided regular legal counsel for employers, including conducting negotiations, drafting settlement agreements, and in legal proceedings in the labor courts.
  • Provided counsel and representation for an association with branches nationwide in a lawsuit against it, regarding the dismissal of an employee due to serious disciplinary violations.
  • Provided counsel and representation for an association in a lawsuit by an employment contractor claiming joint employment.
  • Represented a company in a lawsuit against it filed by an independent consultant alleging an employment relationship contrary to the parties’ agreements.
