Mor Houdesman

Mor Houdesman is an associate in the Hi-Tech, Technology & Venture Capital Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Mor provides legal counsel to high-tech companies, startups, and private entrepreneurs at all stages of their business activities. She assists her clients in various transactions including capital raising, investments, and share sale or purchase transactions, while addressing regulatory requirements and providing guidance with governmental entities.

Additionally, Mor specializes in providing legal counsel in privacy law matters to companies in the Israeli market.

During her studies, Mor participated in a practical course by the State Attorney’s Office on “Aspects of the State Attorney’s Office Approach to Juvenile Delinquency.” As part of the course, she was assigned to a prosecutor in the Central District and assisted in working on an appeal case in the District Court, including building main arguments, conducting legal research, and participating in hearings.
