Mai Ben Atar

Mai Ben Atar is an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at our Tel Aviv office.

Mai advises renewable energy companies on transactions in Israel and abroad, including initiating and establishing projects in electricity generation, renewable energy, and energy storage, as well as investments in technology companies and startups in the field. Additionally, Mai handles transactions for the sale of natural gas to customers in Israel and abroad and transactions for the sale and purchase of oil rights. She also provides legal counsel with relevant regulatory bodies in the fields of natural gas, electricity, and renewable energy.
