Biography
Dan Shimon is an associate in the real estate and urban renewal department at our Jerusalem office.
Dan deals with the representation and management of real estate transactions, including providing counsel in large-scale residential, commercial and office projects.
In addition, Dan provides regular legal counsel to the firm’s clients – entrepreneurs, contractors and private clients with respect to real estate law and planning and construction law – starting from the purchase and planning phase, through the development phase and ending with the construction and registration phase, including purchase and sales agreements, sharing agreements and purchase groups.
Dan graduated from law school in 2018 and joined our office as an associate in 2022.
