Benjamin Shalev

Benjamin Shalev is an associate in the technology and high-tech department at our Tel Aviv office.

Benjamin’s clients include technological companies, founders, startups, and venture capitalists.

Benjamin provides ongoing legal counsel to entrepreneurs, startups and tech companies, in a wide variety of fields, in all commercial aspects related to their activities, starting from the foundation of a company, through the stages of financing its activity through to the exit. In addition, he provides counsel with respect to fund and angel investments in startup companies as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Benjamin also provides ongoing counsel to high-tech companies in a variety of commercial areas such as distribution agreements, production agreements, research and development agreements, employee compensation, the purchase and sale of technology, and licensing transactions.

In addition, he works closely with founders and officers in startups in providing strategic and regular legal counsel.
