Shlomit Bateman

Shlomit Beitman is an attorney in our Corporate, Securities and Capital Markets Department in our Tel Aviv office.

Shlomit provides ongoing legal advice to and represents public companies and partnerships operating in the oil and gas, renewable energy, real estate and industrial sectors. Her practice encompasses various aspects of corporate law, securities law and capital markets, including representation before relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, as well as advising on offerings and equity and debt financings.

During her academic studies, Shlomit served as a member of the editorial board and as an editor of the Mishpatei Mechkar law journal. She also served as a teaching assistant and research assistant to several faculty members in the fields of constitutional law and family law, and participated in Bar-Ilan University’s Legal Clinic for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Following her internship at the State Attorney’s Office, Shlomit moved to the United States to pursue an LL.M. degree at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). During her studies, she served as a member of the editorial board of the JCL journal, which focuses on constitutional law, and worked as a research assistant.

After returning to Israel, Shlomit practiced commercial litigation. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2024 and joined our firm in 2026.
