Biography
Emanuel Sonnenstein is an attorney in the Real Estate & Urban Renewal Department at our Tel Aviv office. She focuses on advising and representing developers and rights holders in urban renewal projects, as well as on a range of real estate transactions, including Pinui-Binui projects, TAMA 38 projects, purchase and sale transactions, combination transactions, and contractor, consultant and financing agreements. Emanuel provides ongoing legal counsel from the initial planning and engagement stages through completion of the transaction and registration of rights.
Emanuel is a member of the Urban Renewal Committee of the Israel Bar Association. In addition, she is authorized to prepare enduring powers of attorney, advance directives for the appointment of a guardian and expressions of wishes.
