Biography
Nir Kaufman is an attorney in the Real Estate & Urban Renewal Department at our Tel Aviv office. He focuses on private and commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on urban renewal projects, including Pinui-Binui, building renewal and TAMA 38 projects. Nir also advises developers and apartment owners on an ongoing basis and handles contractor and consultant agreements, purchase and sale agreements, option agreements and combination transactions.
- Representing Kardan and Ram Israel in an agreement for the development of a Pinui-Binui project in Kiryat Gat.
- Representing Azorim Living in a partnership agreement with Migdal for a rental housing project in Jerusalem.
- Representing Israel Land Development Company in an agreement for a vacate-and-build project at the HaOrot complex in Be’er Sheva, comprising 79 existing units.
- Representing Kedar in the sale of apartments in the East Ra’anana project.
