Biography
Limor Berman is an attorney in the Planning and Zoning Department at our Jerusalem office. Limor focuses on planning and construction, municipal taxation, local authorities and administrative law. As part of her work, she provides legal advice to and represents local authorities and local planning and building committees before the courts, including in proceedings concerning betterment levies, compensation claims for planning-related harm, licensing, development levies, tenders and accessibility.
