Biography
Hila Bass is an associate in our Hi-Tech, Technology and Artificial Intelligence Department at our Tel Aviv office.
Hila advises Israeli and international companies across a range of sectors, providing legal counsel on privacy and data protection, information security, artificial intelligence and commercial law matters.
As part of her practice, Hila assists organizations in developing and implementing regulatory compliance programs; advises on the development and implementation of innovative technology products and services, with an emphasis on privacy by design and risk management; supports complex commercial transactions and assesses their feasibility; assists clients in responding to and managing security and cyber incidents and regulatory oversight proceedings; advises and represents clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings involving privacy and data protection matters; and delivers professional training on privacy, information security and compliance.
Hila holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University. During her studies, she participated in the legal clinic of the Israel Women’s Network, where she provided legal assistance and promoted public and legislative initiatives in the field of women’s rights.
