Eddie Ashkenazi and Mai Ben Atar from our firm’s Energy Practice represented Migdal in a significant investment of NIS 120 million in the Taanach 2 solar project promoted by Teralight, in consideration for 40% of the project. The Taanach 2 project consists of a 107 MW PV facility with up to 440 MW/h of storage.
